Job SummaryPrepare pumps and spray gun for spraying maskant.Spray maskant on parts per work order instructions.Responsible for proper storage of maskant and related products.
Other duties as assigned including dip masking, cleaning, and transporting parts.Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in theirwork area.
Performs other duties as assigned including leading projects and participation in projectcommittees.Required Skills and QualificationsAbility to read and interpret customer specifications.
Ability to operate or learn to operate a mil thickness gauge required.Ability to operate a forklift.Ability to operate an overhead crane.
Must be able to comply with specific safety policies.Read and understand internal procedures and policies.Understand and follow through on both verbal and written instructions.
Team oriented with a continuous improvement outlook.Basic Computer Skills- able to learn new screens, reports, functions, and simple software programswith assistance.
Critical thinking skills and good decision-making thought processesAbility to effectively communicate among all levels within the organization.
